'True' Competency-Based Certifications
Anybody can study and pass a written test! But passing a test does not mean that you have actually done that type of work before or can even do it.
We take certification serious. Our certifications are "true" competency-based certifications. You are assessed on what you can actually do - not what you can remember. There are many certification programs that claim to be competency-based, but they are not. You are still required to pass a written test to earn your certification, which again, does not measure your skills or abilities.
A test-based certification "may" help you get your foot in the door of a job. However, after that - it is up to "your skills and abilities" to be successful in that position or get promoted. With a true competency-based certification - you will know that you can do it.
